Commercial Airliner operating system
A variety of computers to perform different tasks in an aeroplane, it’s running on the Real-time operating system, like Flight Management Computer, navigational computer etc. The latest OS are VxWorks, LynxOS, and Integrity by Green Hills-Airbus uses this on some of the aircraft including the A380.
VxWorks operating system
It is a real-time operating system (RTOS) developed as proprietary software by Wind River System.

2) System Requirement :
A minimum set of features is required for a given board to run VxWorks. A 32-bit processor, an interrupt controller of some kind, some kind of timer or clock, RAM and RAM controller and enough non-volatile memory to hold a boot image.
3) Installation and configuration

You must complete the following tasks before you can run license-managed Wind River products.
Step 1) Log in to the Wind River licensing website.
Before you can activate your Wind River product and your developer can use it, you must log in and create an account on the below website.

Step 2) Add the development computer to your account.
Add information about each development host computer in your oorganisationthat will run license-managed products.
Step 3) Generate Product Activation files.
To generate a product Activation file for every development computer.
? Installation Tasks:
After or before generating a Product Activation file, you can install wind River products.
Step 1) Install Wind River products on a workstation.
Your developers can wait for you to give them a Product Activation file before installing, or you can install using installation keys from the Developer Essentials sheet and receive a temporary licence.
Step 2) Activate workstation licenses.
Your developers installed their license-managed products using a temporary licence, they must permanently activate those products.
Step 3) Uninstall Wind River products from a workstation.
Supposing you no longer need to use a particular Wind River product, can uninstall it from your development computer using the Wind River Maintenance Tool.
Step 4) Rehost product seats on a different development computer (optional).
You can reassign its licence to another development computer after you can uninstall a product from a workstation.

macOS Catalina operating system
1. History:
macOS Catalina was released in 2019, June, throughout the keynote speech. It updates focuses on build-in apps, like transferring iTunes with separate Music, Podcasts and TV apps, exchanged Reminders and Books apps, and the latest Find My app. It was announced in October 2019, October.

3. System Requirements:
OS X Mavericks or later, if you are using one of these computers then you can install macOS Catalina, at least 4GB of memory and 12.5GB of available storage space needed for your Mac.
4. Installation / configuration
There are 11 steps to install the macOS Catalina
Step 1) Download macOS Catalina from the Mac App Store.
Step 2) when the download is complete, close the installer window by selecting the Quit Install macOS option in the menu bar.
Step 3) Now, lunch the Terminal app.
Step 4) On the Terminal commands prompt, type sudo followed by a space.
Step 5) Now Next, open a Finder window, navigate to your Application folder, right-click on the macOS 10.15 installer, and select show package contents from the contextual dropdown menu.
Step 6) Next, Navigate to Contents - > Resources within the installer package.
Step 7) Now, Drag the createinstallmedia file into the Terminal window.
Step8) Still in the Terminal step window,type/Applications/Install\macOS\Catalina.app/Contents/Resources/ createinstakkmedia – volume / Volume/***** but replace ***** with the name of the USB drive you intend to use as a bootable installer.
Step 9) Once you have replaced ( ***** ) in the last step with the name of the USB drive, press the Enter key on your keyboard to run the completed Terminal command.
Step 10) Enter your administrator password when prompted.
Step 11) Next, type Y and press Enter when prompted, and the command will create your bootable Catalina installer on the USB drive. This will take a few minutes to complete, so leave it running until you see the message “Install media now available.” Note that if you are asked whether you want to install Xcode during the process, you can safely click Not Now and the process will complete successfully regardless.

Starting with macOS Catalina, Macs will now use zsh as the default login shell and interactive shell across the operating system.
